How It Works

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Most individual sessions take around 50 minutes. However, this is always tailored to individual ability, capacity and needs

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Costs vary depending on eligibility
Sessions are payable on the day of service, or if it a telehealth session, payment is required before the session. 

You may be able to claim some of the costs back through your private health (always check with your provider)
If you hold a DVA Gold Card your therapy may well be covered in full.

Typically, it is recommended that you visit your GP and request a Mental Health Care Plan. This means that some of the cost is covered by Medicare and you are then required to pay the Gap fee.  

WHERE DO YOU VISIT?

We visit people in their own home, in respite or in aged care. We travel around South Australia and particularly around the Adelaide area (all locations).

For those who are able, there are rooms in the South of Adelaide for sessions. 

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR REFERRAL?

For GP's or other health providers, please fax through your referral to 8311 5277
For clients, you do not require a GP referral and can call, text or email to make an appointment.
